User Researcher

User Researcher | Outside IR35 | Hybrid | London | ServiceNow | 3 month minimum | I’m currently supporting a large UK organisation on a major transformation programme. They’re looking for a User Researcher to lead hands-on research across workflow-heavy, enterprise ServiceNow  journeys (including portals, catalogues, knowledge and automation). The role sits within an agile delivery team and has a strong focus on translating user insight directly into backlog decisions, design improvements and service outcomes. It is a hybrid role but only 1 day per month in London.Requirements

• Planning and running qualitative and quantitative user research
• Working closely with Product Owners, BAs, designers and engineers
• Shaping journeys across ServiceNow modules (ITSM / HRSD / CSM environments)
• Communicating insight clearly to both technical and senior stakeholders
