Overview We are seeking an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Techno-Functional Consultant to support a public sector transformation project. This role involves engaging directly with stakeholders, running workshops, gathering and mapping requirements, and delivering effective low-code/no-code solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRM customisation experience and a strong background in Power Platform, including portals and Power Automate.

This role involves engaging directly with stakeholders, running workshops, gathering and mapping requirements, and delivering effective low-code/no-code solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRM customisation experience and a strong background in Power Platform, including portals and Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities Workshops & Requirements Gathering
- Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Map requirements into D365 CE capabilities, identifying gaps and proposing solution approaches.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure alignment between requirements and delivery.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE using low-code/no-code tools.
- Implement entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Build and optimise Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Work with Power Apps Portals / Power Pages, including configuration, authentication, and customisation.
- Leverage the wider Power Platform where beneficial (Power Apps, Dataverse, etc.).
- Apply prior public sector experience to navigate governance, compliance, and structured delivery processes.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience as a D365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Demonstrated ability to run workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong background in requirements gathering and mapping.
- Hands-on experience customising D365 CE CRM.
- Public sector project delivery experience.
- Strong low-code/no-code development experience.
- Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Platform, and Power Apps Portals / Power Pages.
