Junior IT Support
Are you looking to start your career in IT? We’re seeking a motivated Junior IT Support to support our client based in Pencoed, Bridgend and gain hands-on experience with modern IT tools and processes.
- Salary: £12.84 p/h
- Shifts: Monday- Friday, 08:00- 16:00
- Temporary contract with opportunity to extend

Key Responsibilities for Junior IT Support
- Install and set up PCs, laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Image devices (training provided on Intune/SCCM/MDT)
- Migrate user data between devices
- Connect equipment to networks and configure printers
- Update asset records and support hardware collection/recycling
- Provide basic user support during device rollout
- Follow IT procedures, security policies, and documentation standards
What We’re Looking For as a Junior IT Support:
- Interest in IT hardware
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work methodically
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable moving and setting up equipment
