The Role

• Onboard clients, grow and build relationships with new business.
• Candidate sourcing, process management and placement
• Provide clients with market intelligence and insights
• Hire, Train, manage and develop a team of recruitment consultants
• Build out a new brand, take ownership

About you:

• Proven track record in recruitment
• The desire, gravitas and capability to build and take ownership of a new brand.
• Financially motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong work ethic
