Ovise is a dynamic and fast-growing technology transformation staffing partner. Since launching just 1.5 years ago, we’ve already generated 7-figures in GP and secured global accounts with some of the most exciting names in the industry. With strong foundations and ambitious growth plans, we’re now looking to expand our team with a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant (across seniority levels).

Recruitment isn’t an easy ride, with it requiring a high degree of resilience and a strong work ethic, so if you’re looking for a regular 9-5, please do not apply. With that being said, if you’re ready to make the sacrifices and put in the effort, the monetary upside is unrivalled, and your earning potential is uncapped! Making this industry like no other.

This is an opportunity for our UK office. However, 90% of our clients are in the United States, so we operate a slightly shifted workday to better accommodate the timezone: 10 AM – 7 PM Monday to Thursday, with 5 PM finishes on Friday!

What to expect when joining Ovise?

• Training on the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing strategies to what good looks like.
• Initially, while learning, you'll benefit from a pipeline of opportunities to resource candidates for (allowing you to earn commission right out the gates!)
• However, this is a Consultant role, so the expectations and focus will be on your growing and building your own desk, so this is a Business Development focused role! This means your efforts will be geared towards winning new logos through an array of BD methods: Cold Calling, Email & LinkedIn, etc.
• 1-to-1 training from an experienced and proven biller, £1+ million billed in a single year.

What are we looking for at Ovise?

• Previous sales or recruitment experience (2+ years).
• Strong communicator with excellent written English.
• Highly ambitious, motivated and driven to succeed.
• Examples where you’ve had to show a high degree of resilience.
• Examples of entrepreneurship or sporting achievements.
