• Generate concepts, proposals, and plans for new service propositions or for improving existing services.

• Simplify complex, cross-functional processes and information using clear visual communication.

• Oversee service delivery where required, managing dependencies across teams and departments.

• Support delivery teams to work effectively at pace across organisational, technical, and situational boundaries.

• Strong ability to translate user research and service design analysis into clear design decisions.

• Advanced experience working within Agile delivery environments.

• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build long-term, strategic partnerships.

• Confident, pragmatic, and resilient approach to problem solving and delivery challenges.

• Background in related disciplines such as UX design, business analysis, digital strategy, business architecture, or product management.

• Public sector or Government Digital Service experience is advantageous but not essential.
