Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion user-centred design (UCD) principles, applying various tools and methodologies to resolve design blockers and anticipate user needs.
  • Lead discovery workshops with users to capture feedback and support ongoing user research initiatives.
  • Create dynamic wireframes and prototypes using Figma to articulate ideas confidently to stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborate actively with Product Owners and Software Engineers to ensure design solutions are viable and user-friendly throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and recommend design options while considering performance, security, usability, and accessibility requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in design disciplines (e.g., interaction design, accessibility) to upskill the team and wider business.
