Package: £60k OTE

We’re seeking a commercially driven and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to lead our growth into new technology-enabled service areas, with a primary focus on voice, telephony, and communications solutions. This is a pioneering role where you’ll shape a product stream with significant strategic value and potential for diversification.
You’ll own everything from early-stage validation to launch, delivery, and scale - ensuring new offerings not only complement our core portfolio but open new revenue opportunities, market segments, and partner channels. You will evolve our Product strategy and roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and launch of telephony, voice, and comms-enabled solutions within our product ecosystem.
- Evaluate and validate adjacent market opportunities, identifying client needs and pain points that align with our capabilities and growth strategy.
- Assist driving go-to-market planning, product packaging, and commercial modelling for new products
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to test, iterate, and scale successful propositions.
- Maintain strong awareness of market and technology trends, particularly across SaaS, UCaaS, and communications solutions.
- Establish a robust framework for pilot testing, feedback capture, and iteration to drive high-impact, low-risk innovation.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience launching and scaling new products in adjacent or emerging markets - ideally in tech, telecoms, or SaaS, UCaas
- Deep understanding of telephony, voice platforms, or comms technology, including potential integrations and delivery models.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with business case development, pricing, and partner negotiations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently and drive progress in greenfield environments.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical delivery, ensuring new offerings land successfully and scale smoothly.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including B2B Sales, Engineering, Design and Marketing.
- Background in product management, advisory roles, or internal enablement within a tech-driven organisation.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data-driven decision-making and product experimentation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
