Joining an established start up in high growth mode, this company's unique technology and business model is disrupting the industry and changing the game in retail execution excellence. With an incredible few years behind them and a booming customer base, they are going from strength to strength.
The Role:
You'll be managing the enterprise level retailer customer accounts, with some responsibility over small to medium sized accounts as well. Then there's a small amount of new business follow up in there too, as a part of organic growth opportunity.
Reporting into the Head of Retail you'll be instrumental in driving financial and non-financial outcomes and leading blue-chip clients and projects underpinned by clearly defined clients plans.
Providing an excellent level of client service and close knit relationship building with senior stakeholders to drive value and grow accounts. This will require an inherently flexible mindset and great attention to detail.
We're looking for
- Proven track record in building client-led plans / budgets and deploying a digital / physical client contact program
- Ability to develop and build strong client relationships and broad client networks, importantly from within a Retailer Customer environment.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, experience of P&L
- Experience of using software to automate customer relationships
- Candidates who are comfortable in presenting client business reviews and plans, tracking performance and ensuring optimal delivery of both core and new projects
