Do you thrive under pressure, keeping systems running where downtime isn't an option?
Join our Data Centre Solutions team as a Shift Manager — a key leadership role within one of the world's most advanced and fast-paced technical environments.
As a Shift Manager, you'll be the on-site technical lead, driving operational excellence across critical electrical and mechanical systems. You'll guide a skilled team of engineers, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance across a high-availability facility that powers global operations.

You'll be trusted to:
- Lead and coordinate shift teams delivering both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Act as an Authorised Person (HV), ensuring safety documentation and switching schedules are completed to the highest standard.
- Oversee all works under the Permit to Work system, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
- Respond swiftly to Building Management System (BMS) alarms and manage incidents in real time.
- Maintain mechanical and electrical systems (including cooling, power, and water) to industry standards such as L8.
- Supervise vendors and subcontractors to ensure high performance and adherence to operational processes.
- Drive technical training, mentoring, and team development.
- Lead from the front — ensuring the safety, reliability, and resilience of critical infrastructure always.

- A Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in a relevant electrical or mechanical discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of critical environments such as data centres, hospitals, or financial facilities.
- Proven ability to lead shift teams and manage incident response in real time.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Wiring Regulations, health and safety compliance, and permit-to-work systems.
