The RoleYou’ll play a key part in driving new business and delivering top-tier talent. This is a full 360° recruitment role where you’ll be responsible for:
- Proactively identifying and securing new clients through high-activity outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, sequences, creative prospecting)
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers in the AI, data, and emerging tech sectors
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles
- Sourcing, qualifying, and presenting high-quality candidates
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Creating a pipeline of both new business and top tech talent

What They’re Looking For- 18+ months experience as an SDR or Tech Recruiter
- Proven success winning new business or generating pipeline
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision makers
- A high-activity, self-driven approach to outreach
- Genuine interest or knowledge in technology and emerging innovation
- Someone hungry, ambitious, and motivated by earnings and career progression
- £30k–£40k base salary, depending on experience
- £15k–£20k expected year-one commission
- Average year-two earnings: £103k
