Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager
Our client, a leading B2B events and content business, is seeking an experienced and high-performing Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive revenue across a portfolio of premium, invitation-only events. This is a senior individual contributor role suited to a strategic seller who excels at complex, consultative sales and long-term client partnerships.
You will be responsible for selling high-value sponsorship solutions to senior executives across technology, data, and digital transformation sectors. Working with enterprise-level clients, you will design bespoke sponsorship packages aligned to each partner’s commercial objectives, managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close and renewal. Deal values are significant, and success in this role requires confidence, credibility, and strong commercial judgement.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to exceed revenue targets, managing a pipeline of senior-level opportunities, and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts. You will collaborate closely with internal production, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure sponsors receive a high-quality experience and measurable ROI. Accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM management will also be essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sponsorship or solution-based sales, ideally within events, media, or enterprise technology. You will be comfortable selling to C-suite stakeholders, negotiating complex deals, and operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A track record of consistently closing high-value partnerships is essential.
