The Opportunity

We're seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world business challenges. This isn't your typical pre-sales role—you'll be the trusted advisor who educates prospects on leveraging automation to revolutionise their operations, working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Product teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Engagement & Evangelism

  • Lead compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase transformative business solutions
  • Partner with Account Executives to understand prospect challenges and design tailored solutions
  • Educate decision-makers on the cost of inaction and the tangible value of automation
  • Configure proof-of-concepts using prospect data to bring solutions to life

Strategic Sales Support

  • Drive deals to close through expert pre-sales support and product ownership
  • Share best practices demonstrating how peers are leveraging the platform successfully
  • Lead RFI/RFP responses from product, solution, and technical perspectives
  • Adapt your approach to different business processes and organizational needs

Knowledge Leadership

  • Synthesise customer insights and relay patterns to Product and the wider organisation
  • Enhance team expertise through product knowledge sessions and enablement activities
  • Identify training opportunities and conduct sessions for Account Executives
  • Think on your feet to solve problems in real-time during customer interactions
What You'll Bring

Essential Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in pre-sales or full-cycle sales processes
  • Strong knowledge of project management and/or CRM concepts, tools, and best practices
  • Proven SaaS experience—you understand tech stacks and pick up new tools quickly
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts through simplified storytelling, visuals, and demonstrations

Communication & Relationship Building

  • Exceptional verbal communication that builds trust and confidence
  • Active listening skills to read between the lines and uncover true client motivations
  • Ability to help prospects feel comfortable taking a leap to a new way of working
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach across all departments

Technical & Analytical Capabilities
