What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the helpdesk function and acting as the point of escalation
- Fixing a range of hardware, software, networking and cloud issues
- Maintaining SLAs and creating colleague guides & self-help materials
- Supporting business projects and onboarding new applications
- Overseeing third-party IT partners and ensuring value for money
- Strengthening cybersecurity, monitoring systems and championing best practice
- Keeping the asset register tight, tech running smoothly and downtime minimal
What you’ll bring:
- Solid Desktop / IT Support background (1st/2nd line)
- Ability to troubleshoot confidently, calmly and logically
- Strong experience with rebuilding/configuring laptops/desktops
- Knowledge of M365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory & Azure AD
- A proactive mindset - always looking for ways to improve tech & processes
- Great communication and a customer-first approach
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence (there’s occasional travel)
