IT Support Manager

Career growth. Big impact. High-energy environment.

If you’re the kind of IT professional who loves solving problems, improving systems, and genuinely making things work better; this is the role you’ve been waiting for. We're partnering with one of Manchester's fastest growing sports fashion & leisurewear brands. A business that’s scaling at pace, investing heavily in tech, and needs someone who can take the reins of IT Support across multiple sites.

This isn’t a ticket-closing job. This is leadership, ownership and impact from day one.

Why this role stands out:

  • Shape and lead IT support across the business
  • Work for a brand that’s growing aggressively (and your career can grow with it)
  • Get hands-on with modern tech (M365, Azure AD, Windows 11, Endpoint Manager)
  • Drive continuous improvement - they want better processes, ideas and upgrades
  • Real visibility with senior leadership
  • Travel to other sites when needed (all expensed)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the helpdesk function and acting as the point of escalation
  • Fixing a range of hardware, software, networking and cloud issues
  • Maintaining SLAs and creating colleague guides & self-help materials
  • Supporting business projects and onboarding new applications
  • Overseeing third-party IT partners and ensuring value for money
  • Strengthening cybersecurity, monitoring systems and championing best practice
  • Keeping the asset register tight, tech running smoothly and downtime minimal

What you’ll bring:

  • Solid Desktop / IT Support background (1st/2nd line)
  • Ability to troubleshoot confidently, calmly and logically
  • Strong experience with rebuilding/configuring laptops/desktops
  • Knowledge of M365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory & Azure AD
  • A proactive mindset - always looking for ways to improve tech & processes
  • Great communication and a customer-first approach
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
  • A full UK driving licence (there’s occasional travel)

This role will suit someone ambitious. Someone who wants to step up. Someone who’s happiest when they’re fixing things, making things better, leading from the front - and doing it in a brand that’s going places...fast.

In addition to a competitive salary, benefits include 25 days annual leave plus BH, healthcare and substantial brand discounts amongst others.

If you’re ready for a role with energy, growth and impact; this is it. Interested in progressing your application? Apply without delay.
