Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission

Role Summary:

Are you a motivated, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Randstad is looking for Account Executives to play a key role in revolutionizing restaurant businesses in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales initiatives and meet target KPIs
  • Manage all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using strategic networking
  • Deliver effective product demonstrations
  • Deliver excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and sharing valuable feedback

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in POS, tech, or hospitality
  • Experience in door-to-door sales
  • A proven ability to surpass sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong skills in sales methodologies and experience using CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in current industry trends
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial
