Account Manager
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

Role OverviewAs an Account Manager, you will:
- Generate and manage a pipeline of projects across your region.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and key contacts.
- Act as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Promote and guide clients on the use of digital platforms and systems.
- Make proactive outbound calls and emails to develop new opportunities.
- Research and engage potential new clients using online tools.
- Deliver presentations and attend occasional meetings, events, and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with colleagues.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management or client relationship management.
- A proven track record in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational and time management ability.
- Confident IT skills (CRM experience a plus).
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience within a technical or service-based industry (training will be provided).
