  • Generating new business through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Conducting client meetings (in-person and virtual) to present tailored technology solutions.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling across the company's product portfolio.
  • Negotiating contracts and managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Proven success in B2B technology sales, ideally within IT or MSP environments.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Resilience, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Technology).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
