Role: Sales Executive (B2B SaaS)

Salary: Upto £43,000 + Commission

Contract: Permanent

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology and a desire to make a real impact? We are seeking a Sales Executive specializing in B2B SaaS, focused on proactive outreach and pipeline management.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively research and contact companies that fit our ideal customer profile to generate new business.
  • You will own revenue-generating activities and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct proactive outreach via direct calling, social media, and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead discovery calls to understand prospect needs, present our solutions, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • You'll also provide accurate forecasts and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
  • Partner with our sales, marketing, and product teams to share insights from prospect interactions and work together to refine sales strategies.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and product updates to improve the quality of your interactions with prospects.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand brand awareness and generate new leads.

What We're Looking For:

  • Mid-market B2B Sales: Driving B2B revenue growth for SaaS companies.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic & Goal-Oriented: Ability to identify opportunities, create customized solutions, and hit sales goals.
  • Resilience: Self-motivated, natural sales instinct, and adaptable in the face of rejection.
