ServiceNow Solution Architect

Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote)

Rate: £600 per day (Inside IR35)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join a leading UK organisation undergoing a major ServiceNow transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a senior client team, shaping the platform and delivering high-impact solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across the organisation.
• Translate business requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions.
• Provide oversight of technical governance across the ServiceNow platform.
• Enforce coding standards across internal teams and client resources.
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues and development blockers.
• Document High-Level Design artefacts and propose solutions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to platform health management.

What we're looking for:

• Expert proficiency in ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, or relevant modules.
• Proven experience as a Solution or Technical Architect in ServiceNow.
• Strong experience leading technical teams and managing delivery decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with governance, code review, and platform health management is highly desirable.
