Implementation Delivery Manager
Implementation Delivery Manager with SaaS delivery, stakeholder coordination, and project management experience required by a software firm servicing the finance sector and finance departments. In this role you direct the successful rollout of customer projects, coordinating consultants and acting as the key client interface from post-sale through to go-live.
This is an established, successful SaaS business delivering services to a range of sectors. The company operates a project-delivery model with six-week sprints and an established team of consultants responsible for technical execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day delivery of multiple client projects
- Lead kick-off and weekly milestone tracking calls with customers
- Direct the work of four technical consultants
- Identify and remove project blockers and drive task prioritisation
- Act as primary point of contact for client-side stakeholders
- Conduct post-project analysis to improve delivery processes
Required:
- Experience delivering SaaS or finance-related technology projects
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong organisational skills and delivery ownership
- Comfort working in fast-paced delivery environments
