Job Title: 3rd Line Engineer

Location: Bristol (onsite)

Salary: up to £50,000

The Role:

• Deliver advanced 3rd Line IT support across a wide range of technologies and disciplines
• Deploy, configure, and manage cloud solutions within Azure and AWS environments
• Manage Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 platforms, providing expert administration and support
• Configure and maintain network switches, VLANs, and wireless solutions for optimal performance

The Candidate:

• Skilled in managing Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, and LAN/WAN connectivity
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing solutions in Azure and AWS
• Strong background in firewall configuration, network protection, and adherence to security standards
