Onsite Engineer

Role: Onsite Engineer (2nd/3rd Line)

Location: London (Onsite)

Salary: up to £38,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a growing MSP who are looking for an Onsite Engineer to join the team and support one of their major clients. You'll act as the key point of expertise, providing troubleshooting, advice, and proactive support to ensure users stay efficient and protected.

The Role:

  • Provide 2nd line support for desktop, laptop, and mobile issues, mainly on Windows and MS 365/Teams.
  • Handle escalations for complex desktop and Teams problems, ensuring fast, effective fixes.
  • Oversee desktop and server security
  • Support IT projects such as deployments, upgrades, and service improvements

The Candidate:

  • Expert in Windows desktops and MS 365/Teams support
  • Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Knowledge of virtualisation, cloud platforms, and remote support tools
  • Experience with Power Automate and Apple Mac support
