IT Support Analyst
We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst, with around 2-3 years’ experience to join a team supporting users across the company, main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide first and second-line technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory
- Assist with basic networking tasks (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests
- Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge bases
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a IT support / service desk role
- Good working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user management, password resets, permissions)
- Understanding of networking principles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable (but not essential)
- IT-related qualifications or certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Exposure to Office 365 / Microsoft 365
