This opportunity will see you working with my client, supporting the delivery of business-critical digital initiatives, including new feature development, customer-facing platforms, and product-led transformation work.
The Role
We are recruiting a Business Analyst to join a growing delivery and product environment. While there are multiple initiatives underway, this advert represents a single BA opportunity aligned to both product discovery and delivery execution.
You will work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams and senior business stakeholders, acting as the bridge between business need and technical delivery. The role offers a strong mix of early-stage discovery, feature definition, backlog refinement, and supporting UAT and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities for new features, including problem definition, user needs analysis and solution exploration
- Elicit, analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Product Owners to shape, refine and prioritise the product backlog
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions and agile ceremonies
- Act as a trusted interface between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams
- Support UAT planning, business readiness and change adoption activities
- Balance short-term delivery requirements with longer-term product and platform evolution
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within agile delivery environments
- Strong background in requirements definition, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience contributing to new feature development (not solely BAU or change-only roles)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Solid technical understanding (e.g. systems, APIs, architecture concepts) enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
Desirable:
- Experience working in product-aligned or PO-proxy environments
- Exposure to customer-facing digital platforms or self-service solutions
- Experience supporting UAT, business readiness and adoption activities
