Sales Administrator
Sales AdministratorPertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a successful Software Solutions Company based in Basingstoke. This is a full-time, permanent position.Responsibilities:
- Loading Customers' orders
- Providing ETAs on all back-ordered items
- Assisting sales team in resolving any potential issues that arise
- Working alongside couriers to resolve and manage shipments
- Completing project tasks as set by line manager
- Liaising with multiple departments including Accounts, Operations, Purchasing and Sales
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Previous sales support experience
- Proficient with Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Strong social and communication skills
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.15pm
- Fully office based (possibility of 1 day work from home after probation period)
- Salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
- 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
