- 6-week structured training on Microsoft solutions, consultative sales, and the tech sector

- Focus solely on generating and closing new business opportunities

- Build a pipeline from scratch and engage key decision-makers

- Work alongside technical and pre-sales specialists to create tailored proposals

- Take charge of your development, career growth, and success

- 5-10 years’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role (non-tech industries welcome)

- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and high emotional intelligence

- Hunger to succeed, especially in a new industry

- Confidence in phone calls, meetings, and presentations

- Resilience, coachability, and persistence to grow in a new Sales Executive role

This Sales Executive opportunity is perfect for career changers with the drive to build something new.

- Base salary: £35,000 - £40,000

- Year 1 OTE: £50,000

- Year 2 OTE: £60,000 - £70,000

- Year 3+: Uncapped earning potential (top Sales Executives earn six figures)
