IT Helpdesk Analyst – 1st Line Support – London

What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support (phone, email, walk-ups, ticketing system)
- Resolve issues or escalate to 2nd line where needed
- Support users in London across hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in daily virtual team meetings
- Get involved in ongoing IT projects and process improvements
Your Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or customer service support role
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, Teams, and remote tools like TeamViewer
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
Shift Pattern
- Rotating shifts between 08:00–20:00 (7.5-hour days)
- Mix of early, standard, mid, and late shifts
- 50% home working, with early and late shifts fully remote
- On call required – 1 week in 4/5 (£10 per hour)
