IT Helpdesk Analyst – 1st Line Support – London

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support (phone, email, walk-ups, ticketing system)
  • Resolve issues or escalate to 2nd line where needed
  • Support users in London across hardware, software, and mobile devices
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in daily virtual team meetings
  • Get involved in ongoing IT projects and process improvements

Your Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or customer service support role
  • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, Teams, and remote tools like TeamViewer
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

Shift Pattern

  • Rotating shifts between 08:00–20:00 (7.5-hour days)
  • Mix of early, standard, mid, and late shifts
  • 50% home working, with early and late shifts fully remote
  • On call required – 1 week in 4/5 (£10 per hour)
