Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Process Adoption: Partner with strategic leaders and cross-functional teams to champion standardised processes across multiple organisations.
- Remove Barriers: Understand team-specific challenges and proactively tackle obstacles to ensure goal achievement.
- Ensure Consistency: Implement and maintain standardised processes to guarantee alignment and uniformity across groups.
- Balance Empathy and Accountability: Engage with part-time stakeholders, fostering collaboration while upholding accountability.
- Act as a Strategic Connector: Serve as the vital link between production support teams and executive leadership, ensuring visibility and clear communication.
- Collaborate for Relevance: Work closely with APS teams and triage groups to validate process effectiveness and adapt as needed.
- Measure Impact: Utilize data analytics to track adoption and performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Engage at Ground Level: Spend time with teams to understand workflows, ask insightful questions, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Process Management Expertise: Strong background in designing, implementing, and optimising processes, with a solid understanding of organisational change principles.
- Influencing Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities to drive engagement and adoption without direct authority.
- Analytical Proficiency: Skilled in data analytics and process performance tracking to measure impact and identify improvements.
- Agile Tool Experience: Hands-on experience with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Empathy and Accountability: Ability to foster trust and collaboration while maintaining clear expectations.
- Highly Interactive Work Style: Comfortable in a role that requires frequent engagement and hands-on interaction with teams.
- APS/Triage Experience: Familiarity with Application Production Support (APS) environments and triage teams, understanding their workflows and challenges.
