Best Execution TCA - BA/PM
We're hiring a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a BestX Product team, supporting the delivery a of a market-leading Transaction Cost Analytics (TCA) platform.
This role supports the Head of Product and sits at the intersection of product, technology and capital markets, with a strong focus on roadmap delivery and requirements management.
The role-
Support the Head of Product in managing the BestX product roadmap

Own delivery across the full product lifecycle (requirements, build, test, release)

Write clear business and functional requirements for new features and enhancements

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery to spec

Test new functionality prior to production release

Engage with sales teams to capture client requirements and feedback

Identify delivery risks and manage mitigation plans

BestX experience or strong TCA platform experience

Solid understanding of capital markets, trading workflows and execution analytics

Experience in a PM, BA or hybrid PM/BA role within a product-led environment

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear requirements

Confident stakeholder management across product, technology and commercial teams

Agile delivery experience (JIRA / Confluence a plus)
