The Team: Join the Supplier Assurance Team within Group Sourcing & Supplier Management, where you'll play a vital role in assuring the organisation's highest-risk suppliers. This team is dedicated to delivering the annual Supplier Assurance delivery plan, ensuring approximately 200 suppliers are assessed each year. With a collaborative team of around 30 colleagues and support from external partners, you will have the opportunity to engage with key stakeholders and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support various project requirements within the Supplier Assurance portfolio, ensuring alignment with team priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scope, plan, and execute project activities, including supplier assessments and reporting.
• Provide hands-on support to ongoing projects, tracking and delivering key milestones.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Produce high-quality management information (MI) and reporting packs to inform decision-making and track progress.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Build strong relationships across Group Sourcing & Supplier Management and other business areas for effective collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management or operational delivery, ideally within supplier assurance or risk-related functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create insightful MI and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in creating visually engaging reports.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow/project tracking tools.
• Familiarity with supplier management and third-party risk frameworks.
• Background in the financial services sector.
