Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across targeted sectors
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their requirements and propose appropriate technology solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s product/service portfolio to confidently discuss capabilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, projects, and support) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Contribute to market insights, competitor awareness, and strategic planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a sales, account management or business development role, ideally within a technology-led environment
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities

Desirable Background

  • Previous experience in IT, software, infrastructure, or technology services
  • An understanding of IT environments such as networks, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise software (formal qualifications not essential but beneficial)
