Location: Field-based covering West London – 2 days in the field, 3 from home

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 basic + £15,000 uncapped OTE (guaranteed for first four months!) + Company Car

The Role – Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a defined regional territory across West London, spending most of your time in the field meeting clients face-to-face and working from home to analyse performance data and plan growth strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of established business accounts.
  • Building strong, consultative client relationships through regular meetings and account reviews.
  • Presenting tailored digital solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Using data and insight to inform recommendations and demonstrate value.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your region.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and results.
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets through relationship-driven sales.

About You

To be successful in this Key Account Manager position, you’ll need:

  • Proven B2B field sales or account management experience.
  • The ability to influence and build trusted client relationships at all levels.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset and the drive to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your region.

The Package
  • Basic salary £50,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
