ServiceNow Product Owner

We are working on behalf of a global professional services organisation to recruit an experienced ServiceNow Product Owner to play a key role in the development and strategic direction of their ServiceNow platform.

The Role

As the ServiceNow Product Owner, you will be responsible for shaping the platform roadmap, ensuring that ServiceNow aligns with business strategy and delivers measurable value across the organisation. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and the business, ensuring priorities are well defined and outcomes are clearly understood.

A core focus of the role will be engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, translate requirements into deliverable features, and ensure that ServiceNow evolves in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the ServiceNow product roadmap and backlog

• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify requirements and priorities

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements

• Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation

• Drive continuous improvement of the platform through feedback, performance analysis, and innovation

• Act as the main point of contact for ServiceNow-related queries and enhancements

• Ensure governance and best practice are followed across the platform

Key Requirements

• Strong experience working as a Product Owner or similar role

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence at all levels

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables

• Experience working within professional services or a complex enterprise environment (desirable)

• Knowledge of ServiceNow is preferred but strong product ownership skills and stakeholder engagement are critical

• Agile/Scrum experience is beneficial
