Are you a Power BI expert looking for a role that offers real impact, autonomy, and the chance to shape data culture in a business? We’re working with a leading European intellectual property firm, known for its innovative client base and forward-thinking approach to technology, to find a Power BI Developer to join their Technology function.

This is a newly created position that will play a key part in the firm’s digital transformation and data strategy - building reports and dashboards that guide decisions at every level of the business. You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, HR, BD and more, translating data into actionable insight and driving a self-service reporting culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging Power BI dashboards and reports

• Build semantic models and reusable datasets for consistency across the business

• Work with stakeholders to define and refine reporting requirements

• Monitor and manage the Power BI platform, ensuring performance and accuracy

• Partner with key business areas to support data-driven decisions

• Lead on data quality, governance and optimisation across the reporting estate

What We're Looking For:

• Advanced Power BI experience - DAX, Power Query, dashboards, data modelling

• Ability to work with multiple data sources including Excel, SQL and APIs

• Strong communication skills - able to turn data into stories for non-technical users

• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on data quality and consistency

• Experience in a professional services or legal setting is advantageous
