Role overview

We are looking for a Senior RevTech Consultant to join our RevTech team, with the option to work remotely, or be based in our London office. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of RevTech, you will play a pivotal role on some of our key accounts, providing high-quality consultancy and delivery that enable our clients to meet and exceed their objectives.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Senior RevTech Consultant with 5+ years of experience in consulting on and implementing marketing and sales technology platforms and processes, optimizing lead management processes and funnel reporting. They possess expertise in ABX strategies, consultative skills, and a strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

As a Senior RevTech Consultant at Pretzl, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with senior client stakeholders to identify and solve revenue operations challenges, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Lead Management Optimization: Analyse and optimise the lead management process to improve lead conversion rates, streamline workflows, and enhance overall sales performance
  • Funnel Reporting: Design and implement reporting frameworks for tracking and analysing key metrics across the Sales and Marketing funnel, ensuring transparency, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Technology Platforms Consultancy: Advise clients on the selection, implementation, and integration of marketing and sales technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools)
  • ABX (Account-Based Experience) Consultancy: Provide expertise in developing and executing ABX strategies that align marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive better customer acquisition and retention outcomes
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to refine and optimise internal processes to ensure scalability, automation, and efficient operations across marketing and sales teams
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide senior-level strategic recommendations on revenue operations, focusing on process enhancements, data management, and technology adoption to drive growth
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment of strategies and best practices across the entire revenue cycle.

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar role, including significant in-house experience owning marketing operations, with responsibility for performance measurement and optimisation
  • Proven track record of consulting for senior stakeholders in mid-market or enterprise organisations, with the ability to understand complex revenue challenges and design pragmatic, scalable solutions
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end sales and marketing operations, including lead generation, funnel optimisation, pipeline management, and revenue reporting
  • Demonstrated experience producing board- and executive-level reporting, covering pipeline health, funnel conversion, revenue performance, and forecasts, with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into clear strategic recommendations
  • Expertise in implementing and optimising sales and marketing technology stacks, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar CRM and automation tools
  • Experience with ABX strategy and technologies (e.g. Demandbase, 6sense), account-based marketing (ABM), or similar approaches that align sales and marketing teams to deliver personalised customer experiences
  • Strong understanding of revenue metrics, forecasting methodologies, and data analysis to inform decision-making at both operational and executive levels
  • Solid background in process design and continuous improvement, including automation and integration across platforms to support scale and efficiency
  • Ability to identify business growth opportunities and contribute to the development of new service offerings, informed by client needs and market trends
