About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Process Lead to support and manage technical processes, documentation and SOPs across multiple sites within a busy Tech Suite environment. This is a hands-on, mixed technical and operational role where you’ll be testing client SOPs, supporting global teams, and helping to ensure devices and orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who is technically minded, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable working with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and validate technical SOPs issued by clients to ensure they work as intended.
  • Liaise with clients and partners to resolve technical process issues.
  • Keep all technical documentation and SOPs up to date and correctly version-controlled.
  • Ensure all sites are working from the correct SOPs for each client.
  • Provide SOP and technical process training and support to global site teams.
  • Work with global technical support colleagues to maintain consistent standards.
  • Assist with the technical setup of new locations and deployments.
  • Prepare devices for dispatch (e.g. laptop provisioning, imaging, labelling).
  • Process returned devices and update records accordingly.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch orders in line with agreed turnaround targets.
  • Receive deliveries, check quantities and keep storage areas tidy and organised.
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow Health & Safety procedures.
  • Support general Tech Suite operations and be adaptable to changing priorities.
Candidate Requirements
  • GCSE-level education.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Any knowledge of Intune and Microsoft technologies/courses is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexible, willing to learn and take on new skills and processes.
  • Physically able to carry out regular light–medium–heavy lifting as part of daily tasks.
What We Offer
  • Varied, hands-on role combining technical and operational work.
  • Training and development opportunities in a growing technical environment.
  • Chance to support global sites and be involved in new location setups.
  • Supportive team culture with room to develop and progress.
