Technical Process Lead
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Process Lead to join our Technical Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supporting global sites with technical processes, and ensuring accurate documentation across the organisation. You will also assist with technical equipment preparation, device imaging, and general operational duties to support efficient order fulfilment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical aptitude, good communication skills, and a hands-on approach to operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Duties

Test and verify technical SOPs to ensure correct functionality.

Liaise with clients and partners to resolve technical issues.

Maintain and update all technical SOPs, ensuring correct version control.

Ensure all global sites have access to the correct documentation.

Provide SOP training and technical support to teams across multiple regions.

Collaborate with international technical support personnel to ensure process alignment.

Assist with the technical setup of new operational locations.

Image and prepare devices (e.g., laptops) for dispatch.

Process returned technical equipment efficiently.

Communicate professionally with clients via email regarding technical processes.
Operational Duties

Receive, check, and store deliveries, including bulk stock.

Re-label and barcode stock as required.

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately within agreed timeframes.

Prepare dispatch paperwork and support courier loading.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Report issues promptly to management.

Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet daily targets.
Skills & Experience Required

GCSE-level education or equivalent.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Intune or similar device management experience (desirable).

Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.

Ability to carry out light, medium, and heavy lifting as required.
