We're looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead to shape and grow key partnerships across the UK anf France. This is a senior, high-impact role based in London, with travel to Paris.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic partnership and business development initiatives across both markets, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that align with long-term growth goals.
- Negotiate, structure, and manage agreements , ensuring strategic fit and brand alignment.
- Model and report on financial and strategic outcomes , defining and tracking KPIs to measure success.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with potential and existing partners.
- Ensure smooth execution and coordination across all business areas.
What You Bring
- 12+ years' experience in business development or partnerships leadership .
- Strong strategic thinking , commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Proven success managing complex, high-value partnerships.
- Advanced analytical and modelling skills; experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders .
- Highly organised, adaptable, and entrepreneurial in approach.
