We're looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead to shape and grow key partnerships across the UK anf France. This is a senior, high-impact role based in London, with travel to Paris.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic partnership and business development initiatives across both markets, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that align with long-term growth goals.
  • Negotiate, structure, and manage agreements , ensuring strategic fit and brand alignment.
  • Model and report on financial and strategic outcomes , defining and tracking KPIs to measure success.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with potential and existing partners.
  • Ensure smooth execution and coordination across all business areas.

What You Bring

  • 12+ years' experience in business development or partnerships leadership .
  • Strong strategic thinking , commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success managing complex, high-value partnerships.
  • Advanced analytical and modelling skills; experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders .
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and entrepreneurial in approach.
