Salary: £59-64,900 per year
About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Monetization Analytics Analyst to support global advertising and commercial initiatives within a large, data-driven technology organisation.
This role focuses on analysing large datasets, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating complex information into clear insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making. You will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders across analytics, operations, sales, marketing, and engineering.
This is an individual contributor role suited to an analytically strong professional with around four years’ experience in analytics, business analysis, or commercial insight roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large datasets using Google Sheets to uncover trends and insights
- Build pivot tables, formulas, and structured reporting outputs
- Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Support strategic planning and monetization initiatives through data analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with analytics, operations, sales, and marketing teams
- Prepare presentations, written summaries, and insight reports
- Maintain recurring reports, trackers, and planning documents
Required Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in data analysis, business analytics, or commercial analysis
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally in a corporate or big-tech environment
Nice to Have
- Advertising, monetization, or revenue analytics experience
- Exposure to CRM systems, SQL-based tools, or internal analytics platforms
- Experience supporting global or regional business teams
