Our client is a global leader in IT workplace solutions, a multi-billion-pound technology company serving clients in a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Client Administrator to join their administration team.
The role:
- Following workflows to process requests from start to finish
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients regarding contract queries
- Maintaining contract records and ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure tasks progress smoothly
- Assisting with order processing, invoice management, and payment tracking
- Providing administrative support to the wider client services team
- Handling incoming calls and email queries professionally and efficiently
The candidate:
- Previous experience in administration, client services or similar role is essential
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
