About the Role This is a high-energy, phone-led business development position focused on selling into estate and lettings agencies. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling the user base across the UK, conducting cold outreach, booking product demos and converting qualified leads into paying clients.If you're the kind of person who thrives in a dynamic environment, picks up the phone without hesitation, and knows how to turn interest into action — this one's for you. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage estate agency branches through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach and email
- Deliver a minimum of 5 tailored demos per week to qualified leads
- Close deals, onboard clients and drive platform adoption (you'll receive training and demo support)
- Target: sign 20 new agency branches per quarter (multi-branch wins count accordingly)
- Maintain CRM records and provide updates to leadership on performance and pipeline health
- Build rapport and act as first point of contact until a dedicated Customer Success Manager joins the team in 2025
- Travel is minimal but in-person visits may be approved if they will help close a high-value client (fully expensed)
- An ex-estate agent who's gone into recruitment, SaaS, or outbound sales — and misses the buzz of property
- A high-volume cold caller with a proven track record of selling into estate agencies
- A naturally curious, commercial, and confident communicator with a high call-to-demo conversion rate
- Comfortable making 60+ outbound calls a day (initially), with quality over quantity as the patch builds
- Excellent closer — confident taking a prospect from cold outreach to signed contract
- Positive, proactive and not afraid to ask questions or push the sale forward
- Someone who "gets" the estate agency world and can talk to decision-makers credibly
- Collaborative and down-to-earth — someone people genuinely like to work with
- Remote working with tech provided (laptop and phone)
- £30,000-£35,000 base salary, with realistic £65,000-£70,000 OTE
- Quarterly commission structure (paid once client payment received)
- Autonomy, flexibility and support — you'll be trusted to perform
