Are you looking to join a well-established, SaaS company that helps companies organise and modernise their digital information, taking messy, scattered files from old systems and moving them into secure, easy-to-use platforms like Microsoft 365.

The business is growing its sales team in Reading and is looking for 2x BDE's to help drive new opportunities and learn the ropes of modern B2B software sales. This is a great opportunity for someone ambitious and keen to build a long-term career in sales.

What You’ll Do

As a BDE, your role will focus on helping the sales team generate new business and build strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching companies and identifying potential clients who could benefit from the software
  • Reaching out to decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualifying leads and arranging meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Developing skills in handling objections and presenting solutions
  • Using CRM and sales tools to track activity and measure results
  • Learning from experienced sales and marketing professionals in a supportive environment

Who You Are

  • Must have at least 1 years experience with SaaS Sales
  • Someone with an interest in technology, business, or people-focused software
  • Confident in talking to new people and building relationships
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working towards targets and receiving structured feedback
