The business is growing its sales team in Reading and is looking for a Sales Executive to help drive new opportunities and learn the ropes of modern B2B software sales. This is a great entry point for someone ambitious and keen to build a long-term career in sales.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Exec, your role will focus on helping the sales team generate new business and build strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching companies and identifying potential clients who could benefit from the software
- Reaching out to decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying leads and arranging meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Developing skills in handling objections and presenting solutions
- Using CRM and sales tools to track activity and measure results
- Learning from experienced sales and marketing professionals in a supportive environment

- Confident in talking to new people and building relationships
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
