Overview: A global engineering and manufacturing company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead product development, profitability, and cross-functional collaboration across a diverse portfolio of engineered and manufactured products (not software or digital).

Key Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager:

• Develop and execute NPI/ NPD product roadmaps
• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional innovation
• Support P&L management and margin analysis
• Mentor Product Managers and drive team performance
• Scope business cases and manage CAPEX investments
• Conduct market and competitor analysis

  Requirements for Senior Product Manager Role:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business
  • Proven experience in Product Management of physical products
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity with NPD, SIOP, and Engineering Change processes
