- Manage and process applications and service order requests from third-party customers.
- Act as the primary customer contact, providing clear status updates and managing expectations.
- Validate, accept, or reject demand requests against predefined criteria, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support Customer Order Analysts with processing Anchor Tenant demand.
- Produce and maintain accurate progress and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage offer letters, quotes, and ensure customer purchase orders are received and correct before order initiation.
- Process change requests, providing clear justification for rejections and escalating issues where required.
- Maintain accurate and high-quality records within commercial services databases to provide a single view of all site activity.
- Work closely with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams to support effective delivery and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, business continuity, and information security requirements.
- Experience in telecoms, data management, or programme support roles.
- Proven ability to manage demanding customers and multiple requests to deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in process creation and continuous improvement.
- Educated to A-level standard (degree preferred in a technical, numerical, or communications discipline).
- Intermediate Excel and strong MS Office skills.
- High attention to detail, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Evenflow, Omnix, or Remedy (desirable).

Role Overview
Manage incoming applications from third-party customers (non-Anchor Tenants) and act as the first point of contact throughout the application lifecycle. You will drive applications through validation and approval to achieve the fastest possible time to revenue, while ensuring requests meet defined scope, budget, and SLA requirements.
