Project Coordinator

Are you a natural problem solver with a passion for driving projects to successful completion? We’re looking for a proactive and self-motivated Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the confidence to support a variety of projects, including IT. Our client is a leading and expanding manufacturing organisation established for over 30 years in Tamworth.    Your salary will be up to £35,000.   • Collaborating with Project Managers to plan, schedule and coordinate project activities for timely delivery - supporting projects from concept through to deliver, monitoring the progress, deadlines and budgets
  • Supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple functions (including IT)
  • Tracking project expenses and resources, maintaining accurate records and producing reports
  • Preparing and maintaining key project documentation, such as scope documents, business cases, meeting minutes and progress reports
  • Supporting risk management and issuing resolution, escalating challenges and promptly to minimise disruptions
  • Taking ownership, working independently, and keeping projects moving forward
  What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, successfully managing projects end-to-end
  • Strong background in project documentation and reporting
  • Exposure to IT and cross-functional projects
  • Prince2 or Project Management certification would be advantageous
  • A full UK driving licence would be advantageous, however, it is not essential
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to use your own initiative and deliver results
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
