AV Onsite Technician
A great opportunity has opened for an AV Support Engineer to join a busy, friendly, and hands-on tech team based onsite near Tottenham Court Road. If you enjoy being the go-to person for AV issues, solving problems on the spot, and working closely with a service desk, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You'll Be Doing-
Providing onsite AV break/fix support across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and general office AV setups

Working closely with the Service Desk to manage tickets, escalate where needed, and collaborate on more complex technical issues

Handling day-to-day troubleshooting of displays, audio systems, connectivity issues, and conferencing platforms

Supporting a small number of internal events - primarily a quarterly town hall held in a local restaurant

No specialist events equipment

Mainly setting up additional screens and ensuring the call runs smoothly

Maintaining a high standard of customer service and clear communication with end users

Strong experience in AV support, ideally in a corporate environment

Confident with diagnosing and resolving AV hardware and software issues

Comfortable working onsite and independently managing your workload

A collaborative mindset - someone who enjoys working alongside a service desk and wider IT team
