We're looking for an experienced Senior AV Engineer to join our expert installation and service team. You'll take ownership of complex AV projects, mentor junior engineers, and help deliver world-class bespoke AV solutions across the UK.

What you'll do:

• Lead on-site AV installations from first fix to commissioning
• Mentor and coach the engineering team
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
• Troubleshoot complex AV systems and provide expert-level support
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AV technologies

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in AV design, integration, and team management
• Deep knowledge of video distribution, networking, control systems, audio, projection, and displays
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK
