£40,000-£45,000 base + £400/month on-call bonus (1× per month rota) + travel expenses + company laptop & phone + training & progression.

What you'll do

• Install, commission and service residential smart-home AV systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose lighting/control systems (Lutron essential; Control4/Crestron a bonus).
• Support clients across live projects and legacy installations.
• Work to a rotating schedule and attend site visits across London.
• Take part in a monthly on-call rota and complete paid overtime when required.
• Collaborate with a close-knit engineering team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What you'll need

• Hands-on AV installation experience in smart homes.
• Working knowledge of Lutron (required).
• Ability to commission or at least troubleshoot programmed systems.
• Basic understanding of Control4 or Crestron.
• Full UK driving licence, plus willingness to travel and stay overnight when required (including occasional EU trips).
