We're seeking a highly organised Service Desk Coordinator to join our Client's busy team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of client support - managing service tickets, scheduling engineers, and ensuring every client receives exceptional aftercare.

What you'll do

  • Manage and allocate service tickets via phone and email
  • Schedule and coordinate engineers across multiple client sites
  • Maintain clear client communication throughout the support process
  • Oversee CRM updates and ensure accurate project documentation
  • Support contract renewals, quoting, and ordering of parts

What we're looking for

  • Strong admin & coordination skills in a fast-paced service environment
  • Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Confident multitasker with great attention to detail
  • IT-literate (Microsoft Office & ticketing systems)
  • Experience in customer service, IT, engineering, or AV sectors is ideal
